  • You can return products within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Our Exchange Policy:

  • We gladly offer product exchanges, but the delivery cost must be covered by the customer.

  • If the item you received is faulty or damaged, we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

Important Note:

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yes, you can return a product within 3 days of receiving it. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.

Is exchange possible?

Yes, we allow exchanges. However, you will need to pay for delivery charges related to the exchange.

What if the product is faulty or damaged?

If the item is damaged or faulty, we’ll arrange an exchange at no extra cost. Please contact us within  Same Day of delivery.

Can I return or exchange items bought on sale?

No, sale items are not eligible for return or exchange — unless they are faulty, in which case we will exchange them.
